As of April 2010, JBS Hair Company will be giving their top customers “free” 4-foot wall unit.
This wall unit is handcrafted in South Korea and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The unit weighs 180 pounds and is equipped with lights to be able be see the logo and also the hanging hair. The slot wall finish is made of shiny plastic material along with aluminum inside all the grooves to make it much stronger and prettier.
JBS Hair Company will not only give these units for free to its customers but also they will ship and install them their customers as well. This is what you call TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Eddie Jhin mentions about this new program, “Now a days, due to high demand in fashion custom jewelry business inside of our OTC stores, our customers has evolved their store furniture concepts to their whole store including the gondolas and wall units as well.” “I am a supporter of this new concept design for our OTC stores because this type of investment will pay the store owners back many times over plus the shoppers will appreciate the difference in appearance compared to a regular neighborhood OTC store.”

Charles Sim also mentions, “we have three major goals, First, Making sure that our customers makes 100 percent profit from everything we sell to them, Second, Limiting our customer basis and not ship to anyone and everyone; Lastly, Increasing our quality from China by investing more money on each hair coming to America yet not increases our prices to our customers.”

Also the more time we put into China, I can see our business increase afterwards.
